10-room mansion and secret assets in Cyprus: Deputy chairman of the Appellate Court Yaroslav Golovachev scrubs internet of evidence showing ownership of €4m property
After news broke that Yaroslav Holovachov had purchased luxury real estate in Cyprus worth approximately €4 million, internet posts that raised doubts about the lawful source of the funds and the integrity of the deputy head of the Kyiv Court of Appeal began to be systematically removed.

Previously published in the media, information about the purchase by the Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv Court of Appeal, Yaroslav Holovachov, of a mansion worth 4 million euros in the city of Larnaca (Cyprus) has received official confirmation.
According to information provided by the company Helios Real Estate Group, Yaroslav Holovachov indeed acquired a luxurious villa with a pool on the seashore of Larnaca. The deal was closed in March 2015.


The house has a total of 10 rooms, of which 4 are bedrooms. The villa has an area of 570 m² and the land plot is 1500 m². The house is located by the sea, in a prestigious place, Perivolia area, with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, just 10 minutes from the international airport and 15 minutes from the center of Larnaca. The cost of the property acquired by Holovachev is 4,000,000 euros.
In addition, the Helios Real Estate Group reported that each buyer of elite real estate in their agency receives the right to obtain Cypriot citizenship for all family members. Thus, the Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv Court of Appeal may become a citizen of Cyprus.
